Lambs tails are edible?

Yeah and just to prove it here is me eating one. Not a lot of meat and a weird slimy fatty feel all over my lips that won't be sold as chapstick any time soon. Greg (a co-worker) has been good and diligent in letting me try all words of new things! Thanks Greg!
